Troubleshooting

• I receive an error: "Fatal Error Encountered" and am running Windows XP with limited account users.
• Error trying to locate file on CD
• That tutorial is already running
• Another ScreenCam is already running. If you are creating or editing an OLE object, please close the ScreenCam and try it again.
• Error during printing
• Password cannot be blank
• Password value must match Confirm Password value
• Student name cannot be blank
• No years have been chosen for this student…
• Sorry, that student already exists. Please choose another name.
• Error updating Windows registry for last logged in student
• Cannot see any icons on the right-hand side of the Lessons screen
• Error accessing Windows registry for last logged in student
• Year XXXX not enabled because the maximum of 3 students for this Year has already been reached
• Sorry, that student doesn't exist. Please choose a valid student.
• High School Mathematics is already running
• The minimum screen resolution for this program is 800x600. Please adjust your screen properties and run the program again.
• This program is not designed to run at the larger font size you have selected on your computer.
• Creating a Student
• You get an Out Of Memory error when running the software
• You are told that Vector Graphic Rendering is not installed when displaying Help
• Path Not Found error on startup
• You receive the message “Please insert disk: 1” during installation
• Cannot see the tutorial after clicking on Run Tutorial
